Worklybd is a recruiting and HR platform for companies in Bangladesh. In one account you post jobs, track applicants, search candidate profiles and manage your employees' shifts, attendance, leave and notices. Job seekers use Worklybd to find jobs in Bangladesh and apply.

It runs in the browser at app.worklybd.com, and a company account is free to start.

Worklybd has three account types:

• Hiring company: hire for your own business and manage your employees' attendance, leave and notices.
• Recruiting agency: fill vacancies for your clients and keep clients and contacts in one place.
• Professional: for job seekers, to keep a profile and apply for jobs.

Yes. Worklybd is built for companies and job seekers in Bangladesh: the job board lists jobs in Bangladesh, the app shows times in Bangladesh time, and plans are priced in Bangladeshi taka (৳) and paid through SSLCOMMERZ.

Yes, and Bangla support is growing. You can choose Bangla as your language when you sign up or later in your personal settings; some newer screens in the web app are still in English while their translation is finished. On this website, this FAQ and the privacy policy are also available in Bangla.

Yes. Worklybd is a complete app for phones and tablets on Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store). It signs into the same account as the web version, for companies, their employees and job seekers alike. In the app stores it is still listed under its former name, jobdesk®. Companies can also work from any browser, on a computer or a phone, at app.worklybd.com.

Worklybd is a product of jobdesk ltd., House 75, Road 14, Sector 13, Uttara, Dhaka (trade license TRAD/DSCC/013699/2021). jobdesk ltd. is a member of BASIS, the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services.

Yes. A company account is free, with no credit card and no time limit. On the free plan you can have 3 jobs live at the same time. Private (unpublished) jobs don't count, so you can prepare as many as you like and publish them when a slot is free. For more live jobs, upgrade to a paid plan.

1. Create a free company account and confirm your email address.
2. In Vacancy Manager, add a job: title, location, job type and level, sector and function, plus salary, experience, skills and the application deadline.
3. Write the description yourself, or press Generate with AI to draft it from the job details.
4. Publish. An automatic quality check runs before the job goes public; if it is rejected, add more detail to the description and publish again.

Published jobs are listed on Worklybd's public Live Jobs board, where job seekers search by keyword, city, job type and salary. Each job gets its own page on worklybd.com with an Apply button, and you can share that page on LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp or your own careers page.

A job stays live until the application deadline you set when you post it. You can edit a live job at any time. To extend a job after its deadline, make it public again and choose a new deadline. To stop taking applications early, make the job private or delete it, and use Copy to reuse a job for a new opening.

Every job has its own pipeline, and each applicant shows a stage: applied, interview sent, waiting for interview, job invite, accepted or declined. You can:

• read the answers to up to 3 screening questions you add to the job,
• sort people into shortlists A, B and C, or rank them by score,
• invite a candidate to an interview with up to 3 time slots to choose from,
• send a job offer or decline, and keep notes for your team.

Open a job and let Worklybd find candidate profiles that fit it: you get a ranked list with a match percentage for each person, and matches of 75% or more are marked as strong. Each search counts as one AI match run, and the free plan includes 30 a month. Adding a matched person to the job as an applicant is part of the paid plans.

Yes. In Online Profiles you search published job-seeker profiles by keyword, country and language and open each one: experience, education, skills, certificates, expected salary and availability. Only profiles that their owners chose to publish appear, and their email address and phone number are not shown.

Yes. In My Candidates, choose Add from CV and upload up to 100 CVs at once (PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT or RTF, up to 10 MB each). Worklybd reads them into candidate records you can add to your jobs.

Yes. In Settings → Users, add a colleague by email; you can deactivate or remove a user at any time. Everyone works on the same jobs, applicants and notes. How many users you can add depends on your plan.

Yes. Sign up as a Recruiting agency: post vacancies for your clients and keep clients and contacts, with their history, in one place. On paid plans you can also send selected applicants to a client straight from the job.

With a company account, the My Office area covers:

• employee records: ID, contact details, job title, shift, branch, notes and documents,
• work shifts with their hours and off days,
• attendance, with a report for any period,
• leave types, holidays and leave requests,
• a notice board for announcements,
• several branches (offices), each with its own staff.

Employees sign in and out of work in the Worklybd mobile app for Android and iPhone, and can mark a day as remote. A shift can ask for the phone's location or a fingerprint check at check-in. You see who is present, remote, on leave or absent on any day, and can pull a report for any period.

Yes, on paid plans. Live Tracking shows the employees who turned on location sharing in the app on a map; each phone sends a new position about every 45 seconds. A location is shared only while the employee keeps that screen open, so nobody is tracked without knowing it.

Set up your leave types (days per year, paid or unpaid) and your holidays, typed in or uploaded from an Excel file. Employees request leave in the app. In Leave Requests you approve a request or decline it with a note (in the mobile app you can also change the dates); approved days go into the attendance record.

The free plan covers up to 10 employee records and 1 branch; employees you terminate don't count. Paid plans raise both limits.

Clients and contacts can be imported from an Excel file (.xls or .xlsx), and so can your holiday calendar. Employees are added one at a time in My Office; there is no bulk employee import yet.

Open Live Jobs and search by job title or keyword, then filter by city, job type (full-time, part-time, contract and more) and salary range. The newest jobs are shown first. The board lists jobs posted on Worklybd together with openings from company career pages across Bangladesh.

On a job posted on Worklybd, press Apply Now and upload your CV (PDF, DOC or DOCX). Worklybd reads your details from it, so you only check them and send, and some employers add up to 3 screening questions. You don't need an account first: if you don't have one, Worklybd creates it and emails you a link to set your password. Jobs from other companies' websites take you to the employer's own application page.

No. You can apply for a job posted on Worklybd from any browser: press Apply Now on the job and upload your CV. The app for Android and iPhone is where you keep your profiles and get job alerts.

Yes. The app for Android and iPhone is free to download, and job seekers use it for free. In the stores it is still listed under its former name, jobdesk®.

Yes. Searching for jobs, applying and keeping a profile are free for job seekers.

Job-seeker profiles live in the Worklybd mobile app for Android and iPhone (in the stores it is still called jobdesk®). There you keep several profiles, publish or hide each one, set job alerts and follow your applications. You can also apply for Worklybd jobs without the app by uploading your CV on the job's page.

Only a profile you publish can be found: employers searching Worklybd's candidate profiles see your experience, education and skills, but never your email address or phone number. You can hide or delete a profile at any time. When you apply for a job, that employer receives the profile or CV you apply with.

The free company plan has no time limit and needs no credit card. It includes:

• 3 jobs live at the same time,
• employee records for up to 10 people and 1 branch,
• 30 AI candidate match runs a month,
• 50 emails a month.

Paid plans raise these limits and add live tracking of field staff and adding AI-matched candidates to your jobs.

Paid plans are priced in Bangladeshi taka and paid monthly or yearly; a year costs less than twelve months. To see the current plans and prices, sign in and open Pricing (the card icon at the top). For a large organisation, ask us about an Enterprise plan.

All payments go through SSLCOMMERZ, Bangladesh's payment gateway, so you can pay with a card, mobile banking or internet banking. You pay in taka on SSLCOMMERZ's secure page, and your plan is upgraded as soon as the payment is confirmed.

No. Each payment covers one month or one year from the day you pay, and nothing is charged automatically. Paying again starts a new period from that day, so renew when the current one ends, in Settings → Billing. If you don't renew, your account returns to the free plan's limits; nothing is deleted.

Payments are non-refundable, with one exception: if you paid for a service and it was not delivered, you get your money back minus the transaction fee. See the refund policy.

Sign in at app.worklybd.com with your email address and password. A new account has to confirm its email address before it can sign in, so open the link in the email we send when you sign up.

On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password?, enter the email address of your account and open the reset link we send you.

Call us from the phone number on your account and we will close it for you.
